Refund Policy

Our refund policy is inline with your legal protections contained within the “distance selling” act. Here are the key points

You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of your piano being delivered if;

• You bought online without visiting in person
• You didn’t ask us to convert your chosen piano to a “silent” piano

Similarly, you are not entitled to a refund within 30 days if;

• You visited our showroom in person
• You asked us to alter the piano in some way (fitting a silent system for instance)

However, you may still be entitled to our “100-day trial” where we allow you to swap the piano for another of our pianos. Visit our 100 day trial page for more information
