Refund Policy

Our 14-day refund promise

Every customer may request a return and refund by notifying us by email no later than 14 days after delivery. This applies whether the piano was bought online, by telephone or during a showroom visit.

We will arrange and pay for standard return collection from the original delivery address. We do not charge a collection fee or restocking fee. We will refund the full piano purchase price and any standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the piano back at our warehouse.

Our voluntary change-of-mind policy does not normally apply if you asked us to materially alter or personalise the piano, such as by fitting a silent system. This does not affect your legal rights if the piano or the additional work is faulty or not as described.

Distance and off-premises customers also have statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy or by our warranty.
