I should mention how thrilled we are with the piano. We were looking to replace our ninety year old piano with a more up-to-date-model, and our research had shown that the Yamaha U3 is a great piano not only for students, but also for more accomplished players. A brand new Yamaha U3 was prohibitively expensive, though, but when we found your website we felt that we’d struck gold! The piano looks like new, inside and out. Even the back looks good! Not only does the piano look fantastic, it sounds fantastic, too! It has such a deep, rich tone, and is an absolute pleasure to listen to. I just don’t know what we would have gained by buying a brand new model.

I should also thank you for your prompt response to all our emails, and for your patience when we came to visit to try the pianos out! Thanks, too, for delivering so promptly, and for the great care that you took not to damage the wooden floors when you moved the piano into the house. I will recommend you to all my friends and hope that your business goes from strength to strength!
