Dear Mark,
Thought I would let you know we have just had our complimentary 1st tuning and our lovely piano is sounding better than ever. This is our 1st piano purchase and we are so pleased with the whole experience. We did originally have a bit of a worry about buying such a large value item from a web based supplier but needn’t have worried. We were guided through the whole selection process with skill and patience and the piano we chose was delivered promptly. We are delighted with the sight and sound of our lovely instrument and look forward to many years more.
