Just wanted to say thank you for everything. You made the whole process completely painless, which is a rare thing these days. We are both completely delighted with our new acquisition. It looks great and sounds wonderful in the room where you placed it for us. (Now christened “The Music room”) and it was great to get it delivered so promptly. The only real problem is the scuffles that break out over who gets to
play it :-)
