I decided to email you to let you know what we think of our new piano. We were really pleased and excited when it arrived. It looks absolutely stunning and although I don’t play well myself, it sounds beautiful when my son and daughter play. Its such an improvement on our last piano that it has given everyone’s practising a new lease of life! Buying the piano from you was so easy and straightforward. We arranged to meet Claire at your Bristol showroom and she was very helpful and patient with us as we tried to choose which one of the many pianos to buy. Having chosen the piano and stool, we couldn’t wait to have them delivered. The 3 guys who delivered the piano were very polite and helpful. Ever since the piano arrived, I can’t walk past the room without looking around the door to admire it! If anyone was looking to buy a reconditioned piano I would definitely recommend your website.
