Quotes
Don’t just take my word for it, here is what Shelley Piano, a piano shop in Singapore says about the YU3SXG
“This is one of the variations of the U3 model series. Yamaha YU3 always sounds great. They tend to be priced high because they are young and in short supply. They are always great and the “YU” prefix suggests it is one of the “hand-finished” models.”
Who should buy them?
The silent option is perfect for those ambitious students, while the quality will suit even the best concert pianist, and the self-playing option is great to sit back and listen.
Will I need to upgrade at some point?
No, this piano will last a lifetime.

New and used prices.
These pianos are not manufactured anymore, however this model is on average around 30% more than the U3, which is a model we highly recommend. Used YU3SXG are sold at around 6000, although you may find one for slightly less in a private sale.
Alternative models to consider similar to this.
An alternative models to the YU3SXG is the YU3, which is virtually the same, minus the silent and self-playing features, but is easier to find, and a less expensive option.
Conclusion
If you can find one of these pianos, you will not regret buying it.
