Room type and budget
We will ask you what size room the piano is to go in, whether it has carpet or not, what sort of budget you have available, and if you would prefer a Yamaha U3 (131cm tall) or a Yamaha U1 (121cm tall).
Shortlist by email
We will send you a shortlist of 2 or 3 pianos which we feel suit your requirements along with a specific video of each piano to help you make a decision.
Order and payment
Once you have chosen your piano, place the order online using your preferred payment method. We will send you an invoice and payment instructions. Once payment or an agreed finance arrangement is in place, we will ask the specialist piano movers to contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Lifetime warranty
The warranty supplied with your piano will be shown on its product page and confirmed on your invoice. When a lifetime warranty is stated, it lasts for the lifetime of the original purchaser. It covers qualifying defects in materials or manufacture, subject to the conditions and exclusions on our Lifetime Warranty page. It is non-transferable and is provided in addition to your statutory rights.
Free delivery, stool and first tuning
Standard ground-floor delivery is free to mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland. A matching stool and your first tuning are also included. Please use our tuning form about six weeks after delivery to arrange the free tuning, which must be requested within three months of delivery.
Thousands of pianos and many happy customers

We have been trading since 2002 and have imported almost 4,000 acoustic pianos from Japan, more than 99% of them Yamaha. You can also read more than 170 photographed customer stories on our Customer Selfie Wall.
Here is a review from a customer who asked us to choose for them:
Due to my busy life I was not able to go and try the piano myself and had to ask them to pick a nice sounding piano for me and I am glad that I did. Mark and Julie have taken care of everything they recommended a very beautiful Yamaha U3 with amazing tone. Julie was on our side through out the whole process. She was so prompt, organised caring and helpful that honestly I couldn’t ask for more. I have exchanged tens of emails and she was absolutely amazing till the last minute
