We can deliver our pianos to the vast majority of places in the UK for free.

Free standard piano delivery

Standard ground-floor delivery is free to mainland Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
Deliveries to other islands, the Republic of Ireland and destinations outside the UK are uncommon and are quoted individually. We have occasionally delivered pianos to countries such as France.
Stairs and difficult access

Stairs, craning, restricted access and other non-standard delivery requirements may incur an additional charge from the specialist piano mover.

We ask customers to describe the access when placing an order. If stairs or other obstacles are mentioned, we may request photographs or additional information before confirming the delivery arrangements and any additional cost.

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries close to our Manchester and London showrooms are normally completed within 7 to 10 days and are often completed sooner. Deliveries to more distant locations, such as Cornwall or Norfolk, will normally take up to two weeks. Occasionally, a particularly distant delivery may take between two and three weeks.

After payment is in place, we ask the piano movers to contact you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date.
