Here are 3 simple steps to a stress-free, risk-free piano purchase.

1. Choose a piano

Book a Visit, ask us to choose for you or make your own selection from our pianos for sale page.

2. Delivery & payment

Our piano movers will contact you to arrange delivery and you will need to pay by credit/debit card or bank transfer once the piano has been safely delivered inside your home.

3. 100 days

Invite your friends, piano tuner or piano teacher to help you test drive the piano. If you decide that you bought the wrong piano, you can send it back and swap it for a different from our available stock. No restocking fee. No collection charge. We just want to make sure you end up with the right piano in your home.

Exceptions

Exception 1: If your piano is located upstairs you may still swap it but you are required to contribute 50% of the collection fees for sending the original piano back and 50% of the delivery charge for the replacement piano.
