If the piano does not exceed your expectations once delivered, just request a refund by email within 14 days of the date of delivery and we will collect the piano at our expense and send you a full refund within 14 days of receiving the piano back in our warehouse.

Slightly longer version
By law, goods purchased over the internet qualify for a cooling off period under the terms laid out in the The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 . The cooling off period starts from the day that you received the item and lasts for 14 days during which period you must notify me in writing by email or post about your intention to cancel your contract. We will then arrange to collect the piano and you will then receive a full refund including the original delivery charge within 30 days.

If the item arrives and is not fit for purpose or is not the correct serial number or model or is otherwise not how it was described to you then you are also entitled to a full refund under the terms of the above document.
