Kawai BS2A Upright Piano
The Kawai BS2A, including the BS2A Special, is one of the Japanese Kawai uprights we bring in from Japan. The “Special” is a higher-trim version of the same piano, usually with a nicer finish or a little added detail.
These are full-size Japanese uprights with Kawai’s warm, rounded tone. The BS2A sits a step up from the BS1 in the range. Every one is checked by model and serial and prepared in our workshop before sale, so you know exactly what you are getting.
If you want a reconditioned Japanese Kawai with a bit more presence, the BS2A is worth trying. Play it against a Yamaha U1 or U3 and trust your own ears on the tone.
