Hello Mark,
I just thought I’d take the time to let you know how pleased I am with my piano. It more than lives up to your description of it and certainly looks and sounds as good as a brand new instrument. I really appreciate the way you both took so much care and attention to detail during the actual delivery, especially after such an early start and a long journey.
