I must apologise for not contacting you earlier. The piano was delivered to my house about an hour or two before we left for a long holiday so I didn’t get much chance to play it. I’ve been back a week now and have been able to play it quite a bit and it seems to be fine.
Firstly thanks to Dexter, such a nice guy, and those two guys who delivered and packed up the other one, they are excellent guys.
Secondly and mainly, thanks so much to you and Julie for your generosity, customer service, patience and kindness, you went well beyond ‘customer care’ and I am extremely grateful to you for that.
I would not hesitate to buy from you again.
