Can I part-exchange my existing piano?
Yes, we will pay £500 for your acoustic piano (see terms listed below), £300 for your 88-key digital piano, or £100 for your digital piano/keyboard if it has fewer than 88 keys.
We cannot make any part-ex offer for your piano if any of the following apply to the piano you are buying from us
- The piano is part of a promotion or sale
- The piano is already discounted for any reason
- The piano you are buying is not a Yamaha acoustic piano

Please email as much information as possible about your piano, including the make, model (if known), the serial number and condition. Please also attach a handful of photos showing the inside and outside of the piano, and be sure to highlight any scratches or dents. We will then reply by email to confirm our part-exchange offer.

Will you swap the pianos over on the same day?
Yes, our movers will first remove your existing piano and bring the new one straight in during the same visit.
What about moving existing pianos to a 3rd party address
If you manage to find a new home for your existing piano, then our movers will be happy to take care of that for you. Please pay the additional move fee in cash to the driver on the day. Make sure you agree on a price before the day of delivery, and let us know if we can help you obtain the price.
