Can I part-exchange my existing piano?
Yes. Here is what we offer for your old piano when you buy one from us.
- Acoustic piano: we pay £300, as long as it is not overdamped or straight-strung.
- Overdamped or straight-strung acoustic piano: we take it away for free.
- Digital piano with 88 keys: we pay £200.
- Digital piano or keyboard with fewer than 88 keys: we take it away for free.
We cannot pay for your old piano if the piano you are buying from us:
- is part of a promotion or sale
- is already discounted for any reason
- is not a Yamaha acoustic piano
Not sure if your piano is overdamped or straight-strung? Send us a photo of the inside and we will tell you.
Please email as much information as possible about your piano, including the make, model (if known), the serial number and condition. Please also attach a handful of photos showing the inside and outside of the piano, and be sure to highlight any scratches or dents. We will then reply by email to confirm our part-exchange offer.

Will you swap the pianos over on the same day?
Yes, our movers will first remove your existing piano and bring the new one straight in during the same visit.
What about moving existing pianos to a 3rd party address
If you manage to find a new home for your existing piano, then our movers will be happy to take care of that for you. Please pay the additional move fee in cash to the driver on the day. Make sure you agree on a price before the day of delivery, and let us know if we can help you obtain the price.
