The Kawai K-200 is the entry point to Kawai’s current professional K series of upright pianos. It stands about 114cm, or 45 inches, the most compact of the range, and unlike the taller K models it is built at Kawai’s factory in Indonesia rather than in Japan.
It is a well-made modern upright with Kawai’s warm tone and their hard-wearing composite action, a rival to the smaller Yamaha uprights. New, it sits at the more affordable end of the professional range.
