The Kawai K-300 is the best known of Kawai’s current K series, and one of the most popular professional uprights on the market. It stands about 122cm, or 48 inches, a full-size upright, and it is made in Japan.
It has Kawai’s Millennium III action with composite parts, a warm and even tone, and it is a natural rival to the Yamaha U1. Teachers, students and serious home players all rate it. New, it is a serious instrument at a serious price.
