Kawai K-50 Upright Piano
The Kawai K-50 is an older model from Kawai’s K series of Japanese uprights, a taller, fuller-size upright from before the current K range. Made in Japan, well built, with the warm Kawai tone.
At full height it sits in Yamaha U3 territory, with a bigger, rounder sound than the smaller K models. A reconditioned K-50 that has been properly prepared is a lot of piano for the money.
