Kawai K-500 Upright Piano
The Kawai K-500 is one of the larger uprights in Kawai’s current K series, standing about 130cm, or 51 inches, and made in Japan. That extra height gives a fuller, rounder tone and more power than the shorter models, closer to what you would expect from a tall professional upright such as a Yamaha U3.
It carries Kawai’s Millennium III action and their warm voice, and it suits players who want more instrument than a standard upright.
