We received this piano in part-exchange from a customer who upgraded to one of our Yamaha UX3 premium grade pianos. It arrived in excellent condition and has been well looked after since it was bought brand new by the previous owner. We found the tone to be a little on the bright side so we have “voiced” the piano down a touch so that it now has a lovely medium tone. It sounds great.
