We acquired this piano from a lady called Lynn from Havant, Hampshire. Lynn describes the piano as having “light use only” and was purchased from Chris Evans (from the telly). It seems a safe assumption that Chris Evans would have bought it brand new originally, so we can say that the piano has had 2 private owners from new. It is therefore UK-sourced and not a Japanese used import.
The previous owner has supplied us with this information pack which covers the amusing story that an accountant named Chris Evans bought this piano off TV celebrity Chris Evans at auction without realising it. What are the odds of that happening?
