The previous owner says

I’m selling my beautiful Yamaha YUS5, which I purchased from Park Pianos after being placed on a waiting list. It came directly from the Yamaha factory in Hamamatsu, Japan, and has been meticulously cared for, with very little use and regular tuning every six months. This is a reluctant sale. As a busy mum of three, working full-time, I simply haven’t been able to dedicate the time to playing and lessons that I had hoped. After two years of ownership, I’ve decided it deserves to be with someone who will truly enjoy and appreciate this exceptional instrument.

And a further comment relating to the photograph that you can see above which shows a partially-completed tuning record for the piano:

It also had more tuning than shown on the card. It was tuned In April 2024 when I first purchased it (free tune with piano) by a different man, he tuned it again 6 months later, then my regular piano tuner Peter Metcalf took over and left a tuning card, I asked him to tune it every 6 months instead of every 12 months. It was due a tune May 2026 (6 months) but I didn’t get it done with me selling it.
