Steinway Model M Overview

The Model M is one of Steinway’s two most popular home grands, at 5 feet 7 inches. It is compact enough for a normal living room, yet still a real Steinway, with the tone and touch the name is known for. Along with the slightly larger Model O, it is the Steinway most people actually buy for the home.

Who it suits

Families and players who want a genuine Steinway grand in an ordinary room. The M is the sensible starting point, and one of the more attainable ways into the marque.

At 5 feet 7 it suits a normal-sized room. Allow space to raise the lid and sit comfortably.

What it costs
