Notes from Mark & Julie

We obtained this piano from Gareth in Manchester. He sent us these comments to describe some of the cabinet imperfections:

There is a small chip around 5mm long near the lid hinge. There is tarnishing on the brass lid hinge and music stand hinges.

We can fix those issues very easily and we will bring the rest of the cabinet back up to showroom condition, too. The UX10BL is a very very special piano model which always sound great. It is the little brother to the even more wonderful UX30BL.

The price shown here is because this piano has not yet been polished. Musically it is in great condition, it is just waiting to have its cabinet made perfect in our workshop. The price will rise by £1500 once the work is complete but you may buy at this lower price if you don’t mind that the cabinet is not in showroom condition. In most cases, the cabinet will be OK but we like to make them perfect so you might grab a bargain if you don’t mind that the cabinet might be slightly dull in places, etc.
